Dell Service Menu Instructions

LCD Monitors

Method 1

1. Press and hold the "AUTO" & "+" button some model use "ENTER" and "+" button, then power on the lcd monitor.
2. Then Press the "MENU" button to open the osd menu.
3. In the bottom of OSD menu, you will notice an extra selection called "FACTORY".
4. Select "FACTORY" and press the "ENTER" button and you're logged in to the dell factory service mode.

Method 2

1. Start with the screen turned off.
2. Press and hold the {MENU} & {+} buttons.
3. While holding both buttons, turn the Display On.
4. Once the Display is on, release all buttons.
5. Now press the {-} button.
6. The Service Menu will be displayed.
7. Press the {MENU} button to exit.

Method 3

1. Start with the screen turned off.
2. Press and hold the {MENU} & {+} buttons.
3. While holding both buttons, turn the Display On.
4. Once the Display is on, release all buttons.
5. Press the {MENU} button and select "Factory Reset".
6. Then go to the option "Factory".
7. The Service Menu will be displayed.
8. Press the {MENU} button to exit.

1. Press the {INPUT} {6} {1} {9} buttons on the remote.
