HTC 7 Mozart Factory Reset Instructions
- With the phone powered off, hold down the Volume Up and Down buttons at the same time and press the Power button to turn it on.
- Continue to hold both volume buttons until you see a menu appear.
- Press Volume Down to start the factory reset.
