Factory Reset Instructions

1. Forget or remove the Jaybird Vista bluetooth pairing on your device.
2. Place both earbuds into the charging case and close the lid.
3. Open the charging case and press & hold the case button until the case LED starts blinking white.
4. While the charging case LED is blinking white, press the button on the case twice. The LED will blink pink. Once it stops close the case.
5. Your Jaybird Vista headphones are now reset and ready to pair.

Earbud Reset Instructions

1. Press and hold the earbud button for 20 seconds and then release.
2. Put the earbud back in the case, wait for 5 seconds, then take the earbud out of the case.
3. Earbud should now be reset and functional.
