Factory Reset Instructions

1. Turn the headset off (hold the multifunction button for two seconds; this should be followed by the voice prompt ‘power off’ and the LED flashing red 3 times).
2. Press and hold the multifunction button until the LED flashes alternately red and blue, indicating that the headset has been placed into pairing mode.
3. Simultaneously press and hold the multifunction button and the volume toggle switch (inwards, not left or right) for 5 seconds until the LED flashes purple three 3 times.
4. The headset should then return to pairing mode - the headset has been reset.
