Factory Reset Instructions

Method 1 (Front Loading Machine)

  1. Make sure the machine is plugged in and powered, but the screen turned off.
  2. Simultaneously press the "Spin" + "Soil Level" + "Power Buttons" for at least 5 seconds.
  3. Machine should chime.
  4. Press and hold the "Delay End" + Power Button to reset the washing machine to factory settings.

Enable Self Test Mode

Method 1

  1. Start with the washing machine turned on.
  2. Press delay button until it’s at 17h then press and hold start button until you see A5/AS then press start again.
  3. You will now be in self test mode, and any error codes will show.

Method 2 (Front Loading Machine)

  1. Make sure the machine is plugged in and powered, but the screen turned off.
  2. Simultaneously press the "Spin" + "Soil Level" + "Power Buttons" for at least 5 seconds.
  3. Machine should chime to indicate that you are in self test mode.
    • Pressing the Spin button will activate the door lock test.
    • Pressing the Temp button will activate the water valve test mode (you must lock the door first).
    • Pressing the Soil Level button will activate the drain pump test mode.
  4. To exit out of the test mode, press the power button.

Diagnostic Mode

Method 1 (Front Loading Machine)

  1. Make sure the machine is plugged in and powered.
  2. Press the power button on the machine, so that the display and buttons light up.
  3. Press the delay and soil level buttons at the same time, the machine will chime and the display will show 0000.
  4. Press the spin button once, the display should now change to show the letter "d".
  5. You are now in diagnostic mode, you can now use the rotary dial to scroll through the error codes - keep scrolling until the display shows "d" again to read all of the codes.

Method 2 (Top Loading Machine)

  1. Make sure the machine is plugged in and powered.
  2. Turn the machine on by pressing the power button.
  3. Press and hold the Temp button until all of the lights turns on.
  4. Some lights may flash - the flashing lights will indicate any errors that the machine has.

Method 3 (Top Loading Machine)

  1. Make sure the machine is plugged in and powered.
  2. Press Delay button until the number 17 is displayed.
  3. Press and hold Start button 7-10 seconds / AS will be displayed
  4. Press Self clean button Display will show CR
  5. Rotate the Wash Cycle selection dial clockwise. Error codes will be shown last error code first.

Software Version Check

Method 1 (Front Loading Machine)

  1. Make sure the machine is plugged in and powered.
  2. Press the power button on the machine, so that the display and buttons light up.
  3. Press the delay and soil level buttons at the same time, the machine will chime and the display will show 0000.
  4. Press the Soil Level button - the software version will now display on the screen.

  • 1C, 1E - Water level sensor issue
  • 3C, 3E, 3E1, 3E2, 3E3, 3E4 - Motor issue, PCB issue, Hall sensor error
  • 4C, 4E - Water supply issue
  • 4C2, 4E1, 4E2, 4Ed - Water temperature issue
  • 5C, 5E, ND - Water drainage issue
  • 6E - Water heater not functioning
  • 8C - MEMS sensor issue
  • 8E - Current error
  • 9E1, 9E2, 9H1 - Power error
  • 11E - Low water level detected
  • 12E - Button issues
  • 13E, AE - Signal communication error
  • 14E - Button issues, check to see if any of the buttons are sticking.
  • 18E - Button issues, check to see if any of the buttons are sticking.
  • NF - Water supply error, check if water is being supplied to machine.
  • DS, DL, LO - Door lock error
  • HR - Heater error
  • OE, 0E - Water overflow error
  • TE - Temperature sensor error
  • DC - Unbalanced load, machine might be overfull or have damaged dampners.
