Sky Q Remote

If your Sky Q remote is no longer controlling your Sky Q box, you might need to re-pair the remote to the Sky Q box.

Soft Reset Instructions

1. Press 7 & 9 together on the remote until it’s led flashes four times.
2. Then press 1 & 3 together until the led flashes twice and follow onscreen instructions to re-pair.
