Error Code Explanation

If you find that the program selector is spinning constantly - then the machine will be displaying an error code through flashing of the status / door lock LED. The door lock light will flash for a certain number of times (1-15) before pausing for 10 seconds and then repeating.

F01 (1 flash) - Short circuit on motor TRIAC.
F02 (2flashes etc) - Blocked motor.
F03 - Wash NTC Sensor Open / Short-Circuit.
F04 - Empty and overflow sensors are triggered at the same time.
F05 - Blocked pump.
F06 - Issue with program selector switch.
F07 - NA
F08 - On/Off switch malfunction.
F09 - EPROM error on board.
F10 - Malfunctioning pressure switch signal.
F11 - Drain pump power supply failure.
F12 - Communication failure - mainboard.
F13 - Dry NTC Sensor.
F14 - Dryer element on whilst water is being sensed in the drum.
F15 - Dry heating element relay malfunction.
