Factory Reset Instructions

1. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds until you hear that your headphones have been reset to the factory defaults.

Firmware Reset

1. Plug the USB cable into your Windows 10 PC.
2. Press and hold the power button on your headphones.
3. While still holding down the power button, connect the USB-C end to your headphones.
4. Release the power button.
