Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Remove the bluetooth pairing from your phone or device, then turn off bluetooth on your phone or previously connected device.
  2. Remove the earbuds from the charging case, and wait until both earplugs are flashing red and blue.
  3. Tap the touch sensor on the back of each earbud 3 times in quick succession, headphones will now be reset.
  4. Place the headphones into the case and remove them again, they will now be ready to pair to your phone or device.
