Soft Reset

1. Hold your finger on the button on the left unit for about 20 seconds.
2. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
3. Hold your finger on the button on the right unit for about 20 seconds.
4. Release your finger when the indicator (red) of the headset turns off after flashing.
5. Headphones are now reset, parings and other settings will still remain.

Factory Reset

1. Press and hold the buttons on both the left and right units for about 15 seconds.
2. Release your fingers within 5 seconds after the indicators (red) start flashing.
3. Press the buttons on both the left and right units within 10 seconds after the indicators (red) light up.
4. After a few seconds, the indicators (blue) flash 4 times, and the initializing is complete.

If you are not sure if the initialization process has completed, wait a few minutes and start over from step 1. Do not put the headset back in the charging case before the initialization process is complete.
