Soft Reset

  1. Press the power button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously while charging.
  2. The headphones will reboot and all settings are retained.

Factory Reset

  1. Turn off the headset while the USB Type-C cable is disconnected.
  2. Press and hold the power button and the CUSTOM button simultaneously for 7 seconds or more.
  3. The blue indicator flashes four times and the headset is completely reset.
