Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Power off your Amazon Fire with the Power key.
  2. Hold down Volume Down + Power key together.
  3. As soon as Amazon logo appears, release Power key.
  4. The device should enter to the Recovery Mode. You can release the Volume Down button now.
  5. Use Volume keys to navigate and Power key to select wipe data/factory reset.
