Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Make sure that the Beoplay Portal Headphones are fully charged and turned on.
  2. Press and hold the Power / Bluetooth button for at least 8 seconds.
  3. The LED flashes red for 5 seconds, headphones are now completely reset.
