Factory Reset Instructions

1. First make sure the headphones are unpaired from all devices and that bluetooth is turned off on your phone / device.
2. Start with the headphones in the charging case.
3. Remove the earbuds from the charging case and then press the touch panel on the earbuds 4 times in succession.
4. Put the earbuds back into the charging case.
5. Reset is now complete.
