Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Make sure the speaker is turned on.
  2. Hold down both the "Volume Up" and "Play" buttons at the same time for roughly two seconds.
  3. After two seconds, the LED ring around the Power and Bluetooth buttons will briefly light up before the JBL Charge 5 powers itself off, making a sound.
  4. Press the power button to turn the Charge 5 back on, it will now be in discovery mode ready to connect to your phone or device.
