Factory Reset Instructions
- Take the headphones out of the case.
- Press and hold on the touch-sensitive panels on both earbuds for 6 seconds to power them off.
- Then touch and hold touch-sensitive panels for 10 seconds again. You will hear three beep sound, then the pairing list is cleared.
