JLab Audio Epic Air ANC Earbuds

Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Open the Bluetooth settings menu on your phone or device and forget the JLab Epic Air ANC earbuds.
  2. Place the earbuds in the charging case and on ONE earbud quickly tap the touch sensor 7x times the light should blink blue 3 times.
  3. Repeat with other earbud. Quickly tap the touch sensor 7x times the light should blink blue 3 times.
  4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case. Wait for one earbud to turn solid white and one to blink blue/white.
  5. Epic Air ANC Earbuds should now be reset.
