Facebook Portal

Portal is a brand of smart displays (screen-enhanced smart speakers) developed by Facebook. The 10.1-inch (260 mm) Portal and the 15.6-inch (400 mm) Portal Plus (stylized as Portal+), offer video chat via Facebook Messenger, augmented by a smart-camera which can auto-zoom and follow people when they move around.

Method 1

1. From Home on your Portal, tap Settings.
2. Scroll down and tap Factory Reset.
3. Tap Reset to complete a factory reset on your Portal.

Method 2

1. Press the Power button and Volume Down buttons simultaneously and then tap Factory Reset on your Portal display.
