Fitbit Charge 3

Soft Reset

1. Make sure the Fitbit Charge 3 is plugged in.
2. Press and hold the button on the side of the fitbit for 8 seconds, a smiley face will appear on screen.

Factory Reset

1. Swipe left three times on the screen to get to the Settings app.
2. Scroll all the way to the bottom and click "About".
3. Select Clear User Data in the about menu.
