Soft Reset Instructions

A soft reset only restarts the Fitbit and does not delete any of your data.

1. Press and hold the button for 10 seconds until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen.

Factory Reset Instructions

A factory reset completely clears all data on your Fitbit Sense fitness tracker.

1. Open the Settings app > About Sense > Factory reset.
2. When prompted, press the screen for 3 seconds and release. When your tracker vibrates and the clock screen appears, your data is erased.
