Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Start with the phone turned off.
  2. Press and hold Power Button + Volume Up until the logo appears.
  3. Choose Wipe Data/Factory Reset with Volume Button to select and use Power Button to continue.
  4. Phone will now begin the process of resetting.
