Factory Reset (Method 1)

1. Take out the i7s TWS earbuds from charging case.
2. Long press the button of any one earphone for about 6 seconds until the light keeps red, and the earphones will power off together.
3. Press and hold the two buttons on both i7s TWS earphones at the same time for about 10-12 seconds, flash red lights, red and blue lights alternatively, red lights and then turn off.
4. Put the two i7s TWS earbuds into the charging case at the same time, charge for a while.

Factory Reset (Method 2)

1. Put your i7s TWS earphones in the charging case, keeping the lid open.
2. Press and hold the button at the back of the charging case for 5 seconds until the indicator light flash.
