Diagnostic Mode Instructions

  1. Press any 3 keys in the sequence 1-2-3, 1-2-3, 1-2-3 with no more than 1 second between key presses.
  2. The Service Diagnostics Cycle will start when the door is closed.

Error Code Meanings

  • Clean light flashes 7 times - Heater circuit failure.
  • Console light flashes rapidly - button is stuck on the control board
  • Sanitized LED flashes at end of cycle - Control could not confirm Sanitation water temperature was achieved
