Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Start with the KidiCom turned off and ideally fully charged.
  2. Press and hold the HELP button, HOME button, VOLUME DOWN (minus) button and the POWER button at the same time.
  3. When the white VTech screen appears, release only the POWER button. Continue pressing the HELP button, HOME button and the VOLUME DOWN (minus) button until you see the Factory Reset screen.
  4. Once the reset screen appears you can release all of the buttons, and then follow the onscreen prompts.
  • If the Factory Reset screen does not appear, repeat the steps above. You may need to repeat these steps multiple times.
