Soft Reset

1. Connect the headset to a booted computer using the supplied micro-USB cable
2. Press the button and NC button simultaneously.
3. The headset will be reset. Pairing information is not deleted.

Hard Reset

1. Disconnect the micro-USB cable.
2. Turn off the headset
3. Then press and hold the button and AMBIENT SOUND button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds.
4. The indicator (blue) flashes 4 times ( ), and the headset is reset to the factory settings. All pairing information is deleted.
