Diagnostic Code Reading

Reading the diagnostic codes can be a little bit complicated if you have never had to read them before. Typically the machine will give you a code in two sections.

Once you read the F and E sections of the code, you can look them up to see where the issue with your washing machine is.

F Section

The F section will flash first, and will consist of the first light being turned on "F" and then a combination of the 4 lights after it, which run from left to right as "Fill = 8 , Wash = 4 , Spin = 2 , Done = 1". You must add the numbers together from the 4 lights to get your code.

E Section

The E section will flash second, and will consist of the first light being turned on "E" and then a combination of the 4 lights after it, which run from left to right as "Fill = 8 , Wash = 4 , Spin = 2 , Done = 1". You must add the numbers together from the 4 lights to get your code.
