Restart/make it respond

The KIN is not a very responsive, or bug-free phone. Here's how to fix that:

Press and hold the lock button (in the top-right corner on the KIN Two). After a couple seconds, the screen will turn on and ask if you want to turn it off. If you want to restart, press "turn off". If you were just trying to get the screen on, press "cancel".

If that doesn't work, remove the battery cover and take out the battery for a second. Put it back in, put the cover back on, and then press and hold the lock button until the Verizon logo shows on the screen.
