Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Disconnect the power from the Neo T5.
  2. Press and hold the recovery button, whilst plugging the power back in.
    • The recovery button is located between the USB ports.
  3. Once the MINIX Splash Screen is displayed the recovery button can be released.
  4. Recovery Menu appears at around 10 seconds.
  5. Select Wipe data/factory reset.
