Recovery Mode Instructions

1. Turn off the device
2. Press and hold Volume Up key and Power key
3. Release all keys when the Fast Boot Mode appears on the screen
4. Use the Volume buttons to select “Recovery Mode” and then press Power key to confirm.
5. Use the Volume keys to select Menu
6. Use the Power key to Confirm

Factory Reset Instructions

1. Enter recovery mode using the above instructions
2. Select “Wipe data” three times. Use Volume keys to navigate and the Power button to accept.
3. Choose “OK”.
4. Use Volume keys to select “Back” and press the Power key once.
5. When Recovery Mode appears use Volume keys to choose “Reboot system” and use the power button to select.
