Factory Reset

  1. Switch off phone.
  2. Press Volume Up and Power buttons together until recovery mode appears on screen.
  3. Scroll down to "wipe data/factory reset" by using Volume keys and confirm with the Power button.
  4. Select "Yes--delete all user data".
  5. Choose "reboot system now" by using the Power key.
