Factory Reset

  1. Press and hold down the Volume Down + Power buttons for a few seconds.
  2. Release the buttons once you see the OnePlus logo flashing on the screen.
  3. You may be asked to enter your PIN/Password to enter recovery mode.
  4. If presented with a language screen, select your language.
  5. Click Wipe data and cache
  6. Click on Reset everything.
  7. Your phone may ask you to confirm that you wish to do this, click yes and then wait for the process to complete.
