Factory Reset Instructions

1. Start with the phone turned off.
2. Press and hold together: Volume Down + Power button for about 10 to 15 seconds.
3. Fastboot Mode should appear on your screen.
4. Select Recovery Mode by using the Volume buttons.
5. Press the Power button to confirm it.
6. Next, you have to select “Wipe data” three times by using the Volume button to go and select the Power button to confirm your action.
7. Move down by using Volume buttons to select OK and press the Power key once.
