Factory Reset Instructions

1. Forget/unpair the headphones from your phone or device.
2. Start with headphones in the case.
3. Remove headphones / earbuds from case.
4. Press and hold the touch area on both headphones, until the LEDs on the headphones turns off.
5. Press and hold the touch area on both headphones until they turn back on again.
6. Place the headphones back in the case.
7. Remove the right earbud from the case first, and then the left and now the headphones are ready for pairing with your device.
