Factory Reset

1. Start with the phone turned off
2. Press and hold the Volume Up + Power button.
3. Use the volume up and volume down buttons to navigate to Wipe Data / Factory Reset.
4. Press the power button to confirm.
5. Press the power button to confirm deletion of all data.

Fastboot Mode

1. Start with the phone turned off.
2. Press and hold the Volume Down + Power button.
3. Fastboot mode appears on screen.
