Reset

1. Press the orange button on the back of the unit firmly and release it without holding it down.

Factory Reset

1. Hold down the orange button for 20 seconds.
2. After releasing it, the light on the front will flash a few times indicating that your Ring Doorbell is restarting.
3. Give it about a minute to fully complete this process, then put it in setup mode again by briefly pressing the orange button on the back.

Ring Video Doorbell Pro

Factory Reset

1. First remove the front facia cover on the doorbell.
2. Hold down the right button for a full 30 seconds.
3. The doorbell should restart, once it has done so, press the right button briefly and you will enter setup mode.
