Reset

1. Open the cap on the right side of the speaker
2. Push the RESET button with a paperclip or pin.
3. The speaker is reset and turns off.

Factory Reset

1. Make sure the speaker is turned on.
2. Press and hold the –/+ (volume) buttons and the (power)/PAIRING button at the same time for more than 5 seconds until the speaker turns off.
