Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Remove the bluetooth pairing from your phone or device, then turn off bluetooth on your phone or previously connected device.
  2. Remove the earbuds from the charging case.
  3. Press and hold the touch panel on both earbuds, keep holding the button for at least 10s until both headphones flash the purple LED and 3 beeps will be emitted.
  4. Headphones are now reset.
