Factory Reset Instructions

1. Place both earbuds into the case.
2. Take both earbuds out of the case.
3. Press and hold the buttons for both earbuds for about 20 secs. You will see it flashes red & white lights for about 8~10 sec, and it will turn off for 2s, continue holding until you see it flashes red & white light again and release the button.
4. Press and hold the buttons for both earbuds again for about 1s, release once it lights up.
