Soft Reset Instructions

You can also restart your watch by pressing and holding the button for 10 seconds.

Factory Reset Instructions

1. Press and hold the watch button continuously for 10 seconds until a Polar logo is shown.
2. Wait for the watch to restart, then repeat this process 10-12 times.
3. When factory reset has been completed, your watch will ask you to select your language after booting.
