Factory Reset

In order to reset the WF-C500 headphones you must do each earbud separately, you can reset the earbud by:

  1. Press and hold the button on the unit for about 20 seconds.
  2. After 20 seconds, the blue LED should flash twice and the earbud is now reset.
  3. Repeat the process with the other earbud.
