Factory Reset Instructions

1. Start with the phone turned off.
2. Press and hold POWER BUTTON + VOLUME UP key.
3. Once the phone logo shows up you can release the keys.
4. Choose Wipe Data option using the Volume Button and then press POWER Button to confirm.
5. Phone will now reset.
