Factory Reset Instructions

1. From the home screen, swipe down from the top of the screen.
2. Tap Settings, then tap Security and Privacy.
3. Tap Security Wipe, then enter "blackberry" in the box provided and tap Delete Data.
4. The device will now be reset back to factory settings.
