Zanussi Washing Machine
Enable Diagnostic / Test Mode
- Switch off the appliance.
- Press and hold down START/PAUSE and any one of the option buttons simultaneously.
- Holding down both buttons, switch the appliance on by turning the programme selector one position to the right (clockwise).
- Continue to hold down the START/PAUSE and option buttons until the LED begins to flash (at least 2 seconds).
- Then turn the main selector knob slowly to the 10th position from OFF and the End of Cycle and the Start/Pause light should start to flash.
- You are now in diagnostic mode - You need to count the flashes from each light ( End light first ). This will give you the error code.
Error Code Explanation
The error is displayed by a repeated flashing sequence of the two LEDs (0.4 seconds ON, 0.4 seconds OFF, with a pause of 2.5 seconds between each sequence).
- End of cycle indicator indicates the first digit of the fault code.
- Start/Pause indicator shows the second digit of the fault code.
If an LED flashes more than 9 times then it's converted to a letter as so:
- 10 flashes = A
- 11 flashes = b
- 12 flashes = C
- 13 flashes = d
- 14 flashes = E
- 15 flashes = F
