BenQ Service Menu

You can use the BenQ service menu, for such things as resetting the digital tuner, a total factory reset and enabling/disabling hotel mode. In this mode you must be careful as you can cause irreparable damage to your set.

In a lot of cases it's best if you have the original remote to access the service menu of your device. If you no longer have your remote or have damaged it, we recommend that you purchase a Replacement Remote before trying to enter the service menu.

LCD Service Menu

Method 1

1. First turn off the monitor
2. Press and hold the "MENU" & "EXIT" button, then press "POWER" button to on the lcd monitor.
3. After the monitor turn ON you need to press "i" button to login to factory service mode

Method 2

1. First turn off the monitor
2. Press the "POWER", "SELECT" and "MENU" button at the same time
3. If the monitor is ON, press the "V" button to login to factory service mode.

Projector Service Menu

Method 1

1. Press the {MENU} button.
2. Then select "Information Page".
3. Press {UP}, {DOWN}, {UP} & {DOWN} buttons.

Method 2

1. Press the {MENU} button.
2. Then select "Information Page".
3. Press {UP},{DOWN}, {UP},{DOWN},{UP},{DOWN} & {OK/ENTER} buttons.
