Factory Reset Instructions

  1. Unplug your Portal TV power cord.
  2. Press and hold the button on the side of your Portal TV while plugging your Portal TV power cord back in at the same time. You will see a notification and countdown on your TV screen letting you know that your Portal TV will factory reset in ten seconds.
  3. Continue holding the button during countdown.

Remote Reset Instructions

  1. Press the {Back} and {Volume Up} buttons on your remote for 15 seconds.
  2. Press {Back} and {Play/Pause} for three seconds to pair your remote back to the TV.
