Sony TV Store Mode

Sometimes sets can get stuck in store mode - if you have weird behaviour like settings reverting by themselves or scrolling banners across the screen, it is possible that your set is in store mode.

Disable Sony TV Store Mode

  1. Press Home button on remote control
  2. Enter settings menu
  3. Choose set-up
  4. Select auto start-up and choose the location as Home

Disable Sony TV Store Mode (Method 2)

  1. Press and hold the CH/INPUT button on the TV for at least 10 seconds
  2. A message will show on screen confirming that the mode is off
