ViewSonic Corporation is an American/Taiwanese multinational electronics company specialising in visual display technology, specifically liquid-crystal displays, projectors, and Digital Whiteboards.

TV Service Menu

Method 1

1. Turn the TV on.
2. Press the {MENU} {9} {9} {1} buttons on the remote.
3. The Service Menu will be displayed.
4. To exit, turn the TV Off.

Method 2

1. Turn the TV on.
2. Press the {-/--} {9} {9} {1} buttons on the remote.
3. The Service Menu will be displayed.
4. To change pages, press the {MENU} button then the {-/--} {9} {9} {1} buttons again.
5. Press the {EXIT} button to exit the Service Menu.

Method 3

1. Turn the TV on.
2. Set the volume on the set to 0.
3. Press mute.
4. Press {9} {8} {7} {6}

LCD Monitor Service Menu

Method 1

1. Start with the monitor turned off.
2. Press and hold the first menu button and then press the power on button.
3. Wait a few seconds while holding the 1st button pressed (the leftmost one), until you see the image on the screen.
4. Press the first button as you usually do to call up the menu and you should see an additional option at the top.
5. By default the new F icon at the top is selected, so you can press 1 to enter the service menu.
